Yet another horrific “gather” by the notoriously heartless BLM. I can’t wait to see the video of Freedom as he escapes, and I pray he heals quickly. My heart aches for him leaving his family.
What horse leaping the fence? I don’t see it.
rcatheron probably got to this video as I did, via a link on The Cloud Foundation blog page. There you will find still photos of the great escape.
Exhilarating and heroic, breathtaking, while at the same time so tragic that this is even occurring – no need, just no need.
I hope those taxpayer dollars going t line the pockets of those few profeteer roundups crews gets them some of that contaminated meat that USDA keeps recalling!
In other words – CHOKE ON IT!
Shame on the BLM! Shame on Obama for allowing this!

this is not the same roundup as the freedom escape – that was jan 2nd, at the end of the stills it says “to see the roundup on 12/30/09 click here. Bob Bowers’ video of freedom’s escape will be coming soon from what craig tells me. jeff roth

If you really think that the blm and obama cares as to what happen to these horses;well they don’t;they just care about money in there pocket.Blm causes these problem with the wild horses not be managed correctly;and our new president;is going right alone with them.
BLM was supposed to help the horses not destroy them.Our president is supposed to better our country.But instead they are destroying it.They don’t beleive their doing wrong;but time will tell when there no horses left.
It’s not over till it’s over! Do whatever you can to contact more people and get them to inform more people and write or call those in power that might have a heart. We might be able to help those not yet captured and it’s not too late for these currently captured to be released. Keep on fighting the battle and making our voices heard.
this is so cruel sadly the government has their list of reasons why this is the “right” thing to do. all we can do is pray the horses end up in safe loving homes and don’t end up being sent to the meat auction….
oh and to the sick bastards who run this operation go to hell

Thank you for this. I saw the photo’s of Freedom jumping the fence, glad at least one made it out! It’s heartbreaking to see the terror.
They will not be happy till they are all but a distant memory….
