These horses don't have neck tags-the BLM puts tags with each mustangs individual number on it around their neck to identify them without having to look at the brand. Also? WHERE are these horses brands? The BLM puts a freeze brand on the right side every mustang that they gather's neck. These are NOT mustangs.
